EXCHANGE AND RETURNS
Exchange Policy
- Ones you receive your pairs in the case size, colour or designs needs to be exchanged you could do so simply informing us via any communication channel WhatsApp, Instagram or Facebook.
- Ones informed we will arrange the exchange units to be delivered to your location within 7-10 working days.
- If your requested item not available during that time we will inform of the date of restock or provide you with alternative options.
- if reason for exchange item due to wrong order or size, colour as you requested vogue flats will paying all shipping cost
- if the reason for exchange due to your choice the shipping charges for one way is to be borne by the customer and vogue flats would be responsible to incur the remaining costs associated.
Please Note:
- Exchange items must be unused and original condition
- Items with damages, stains or broken cannot be exchanged
- Delivery charges non- refundable
- You should send us proof of reason to exchange items (pictures)
- Make sure the items in in the original condition before sending
- Items with damages, stains or broken cannot be exchanged
- We do not accept returns or refunds unless they are defective or the wrong item was sent, however if required we can exchange a pair in return
- Customer may select an item of the same value or a higher value (balance payment required if the price is higher)
- Customer can return existing package same time new pair on delivered and make sure rewrap package safely
SHIPPING AND DELIVERIES
Delivery Time
- We are current doing pre orders basis only, ones you placed order we will preparing them for you,
- Delivery time within would take 5-7 days
- If there is an urgent order, you should inform to us any communication channel with order ID your details or make sure attach a special note when placing order.
- Delivery within Colombo area take 2 – 3 days
- Delivery within other areas islandwide 2 – 4 days

- We will make reasonable efforts to ensure timely shipping and avoid any delays of your orders
- Shipping cost may can change according to courier service or based on your location
CUSTOMIZATION
- If you need to customized as your wish please contact our team with any communication channel.
- Make sure double check your size and we do not exchange or refund customized orders.
- If you wish to customized an order you have to pay full payment of the price we had mentioned directly to the bank.
